With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, I bring a depth of knowledge and a heart for service that’s hard to find. My journey began in Escrow Title, where I served as an Escrow Officer and Branch Manager — a role that demanded precision, quick decision-making, and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure. I became the go-to resource for agents whose deals were on the brink, working closely with attorneys and underwriters to find solutions and keep transactions moving forward.
That early foundation taught me how to navigate the fast-paced world of closings with confidence and care. From there, I transitioned into Trustee Services for a major bank, clearing title issues prior to foreclosure. Later, I joined the Claims Department of a Fortune 500 company as a Claims Analyst, where I developed a keen eye for resolving outstanding liens and uncovering hidden title issues. As a Post Commitment Examiner, I dove deep into title commitments, estates, divorces, bankruptcies, and vesting — gaining a rare perspective that now empowers my clients in every transaction.
For the past 11 years, I’ve proudly served as a licensed Realtor in Texas, specializing in FHA, VA, and Conventional loans, as well as working with investors to build thriving portfolios.
